Hannya Mask
So far I haven’t been able to find a tattoo artist who will take me as an aprentice but I’m practicing my drawing skills as much as I can. Recently I saw on an interview that a lot of tattoo aprenticeships start of by chosing some tattoos on a magazine and redrawing them without tracing, I thought I will give it a try, so I looked at this tattoo by L’aiguille Tattouage and tried to do justice to the amazing work done on a full back on my 21cm sketchbook. Had lots of fun with it and added my own style, also learned a lot and it was my first Hannya Mask.
KOI and SAMURAI
A friend of mine asked me for an illustration to hang in his new house that represents a little bit my drawing style and I came out with this. I did it with photoshop and my beloved wacom and had tons of fun with it and added lots of details. Hope he enjoys it.
Koi Fish anf Fu Dog
Second part of the sketch for the classic Japanesse series, at the begining I drew also a phoenix on the left side but it was hard to fit anything of it but the head and a couple of feathers.
Sorry it took a while but I had a wrist injury. As soon as I recuperated I was eager to make some drawings and this is what I got. First time for me to draw a snake, I hope I kept it traditional style.
Tattoo Girl
This is another one of the sketches I did on the flight from Cuba. I still want to put some work on it and I’m thinking on colouring it…
Gipsy Woman
I recently went to Cuba and the flight was a pain in the rear.
But I managed to make a couple of sketches to entertain myself.
So, it’s been a while but mainly I had the scanner somewhere in a box.
Here is the Wrestler “El Ratón” taking on a poor cat.
